The general urinalysis includes the biochemical and microscopic test of urine.
The urine culture includes:
- The isolation of the germ in urinary tract infection
- The identification of the germ (the type of germ)
- The appropriate antibiogram, depending on the location of the urinary tract infection and the particularities of the patient.
